Medical Manager

We are looking for a Medical Manager who will shape medical strategy, contribute to scientific excellence, and collaborate closely across functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement medical strategy within assigned therapeutic area(s)
• Adapt and execute global medical plans at the local level
• Lead KOL engagement and manage scientific stakeholder communication
• Prepare medical education materials and provide scientific support to field teams
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, pharmacovigilance, and internal policies
• Analyze clinical data and continuously monitor scientific literature
• Collaborate cross functionally with medical, marketing, and market access teams

Candidate Profile

• Medical Doctor degree required. Specialization is preferred but not mandatory
• Experienced candidates are welcome. High potential candidates seeking development will also be considered
• Strong command of English in reading, writing, and speaking
• Valid driving license and active driver
• No travel restrictions
• Strong team player with effective communication skills
• High ethical standards, scientific rigor, and sense of ownership
