Experience & Qualification

• 7 - 10 years of experience in medical insurance or healthcare management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., ACII from The Chartered Insurance Professional) is an advantage.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and market dynamics.
