Twinkle PedsPsych is a fast-growing pediatric psychiatry practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality mental health care to children and adolescents. We are seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Marketing & Community Relations Manager to expand our community presence, build strong referral partnerships, and drive practice growth.

This is a high-visibility role for a motivated professional who thrives on relationship-building, community engagement, and strategic outreach.

Position Overview

The Marketing & Community Relations Manager will lead all external outreach efforts, develop strategic referral networks, coordinate community events, and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen the Twinkle PedsPsych brand across San Antonio and surrounding areas.

This role combines strategy with hands-on community engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity & Referral Development

• Build, manage, and nurture referral relationships with:
• Pediatricians and primary care providers
• Therapists and psychologists
• ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy clinics
• Schools and school counselors
• Hospitals and community organizations
• Conduct regular in-person outreach visits
• Track referral trends and identify growth opportunities
• Develop long-term partnership strategies

Community Engagement & Events

• Represent Twinkle PedsPsych at health fairs, networking events, and community gatherings
• Plan and coordinate community outreach events
• Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities
• Increase brand visibility within the pediatric and behavioral health community

Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan
• Oversee social media, website updates, and email campaigns
• Create and distribute marketing materials
• Ensure consistent brand messaging
• Monitor ROI of outreach and marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, physician relations, or community outreach
• Proven success building and maintaining referral networks
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Experience organizing community events
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Comfortable with frequent in-person meetings
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
• Pediatric or behavioral health experience is a strong plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,000.00 - $49,773.00 per year
