Balance Hormone Center provides comprehensive hormone replacement therapy and wellness services for men and women. We are a growing clinic focused on compassionate, efficient, and patient-centered care.
We are expanding into the West Valley, with a new clinic location in the Litchfield Park area and are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead the launch and ongoing operations of our new clinic.
Position Overview
The Office Manager is the operational leader of the clinic and is responsible for overseeing front and back-office operations, staff performance, patient experience, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Training
Training will be conducted over a four-week period prior to the clinic opening. Training will take place at one or more of our established clinic locations (Gilbert, Chandler, and/or Scottsdale).
A $500 training bonus will be provided to help offset additional commute costs associated with traveling to these locations.
Key Responsibilities
Clinic Operations:
- Oversee daily front and back office operations
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and workflow efficiency
- Monitor patient flow, scheduling, and documentation accuracy
Staff Leadership:
- Hire, train, and supervise clinic staff
- Manage schedules, PTO, and performance reviews
- Partner with HR on employee relations
Patient Experience:
- Manage escalated patient concerns and ensure resolution
- Maintain documentation of patient issues and follow-up
Reporting & Inventory:
- Track clinic performance metrics and KPIs
- Manage inventory, ordering, and compliance logs
Required Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare operations or clinic management required
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience with EMR, scheduling systems, and reporting tools
