We are looking for office staff to join our rapidly growing wellness clinic in Hillsboro Oregon.

Job Description: Medical office administrative support staff duties include but are not limited to:
answering phones, setting up appointments, rooming patients, cleaning rooms between patients, entering patient information into our office systems, basic cleaning and laundry, assist with infrared sauna, restocking rooms and display, creating patient visits for insurance billing, verifying patient benefits and collecting copayments and balances.
About us: We are a rapidly growing medical clinic in Hillsboro which mostly focuses on Acupuncture services but we also offer massage, infrared sauna, facial and skincare services. We don’t believe in micro-managing and need people on our team that are passionate about helping to build and serve our community and our clinic! Ideal candidate: Our ideal candidate is someone who wants to grow with us! We want a self starter who is always looking for ways to develop more efficient processes! Someone who will not always need to be told what to do but will find things that need attention and will take initiative! This is the face of the clinic so the person in this position needs to be professional and caring, but will also uphold our policies.
Skills Required:
~ the ability to speak, read and write English fluently and coherently
~ the ability to navigate basic computer programs including Google Suite and Health Record Systems
~clear and compassionate communication
~the ability to work in a fast paced environment
~multitasking: rooming patients, answering phone calls, scheduling patients, laundry
Preferred:
~Bilingual/Multilingual with ability to speak, read and write Spanish fluently
~Experience with medical billing: creating and submitting claims, posting payments, collecting payments
~Experience with marketing through social media: creating content, posting with targeted hashtags and calls to action, following up on comments and DMs
~Experience managing an online store and fulfilling orders
Education:
Required: high school diploma or equivalent
Preferred: Associates or higher in Medical Office Administration and/or medical billing and coding
