As a high-end concierge practice, we are seeking an organized, friendly, and confident Office Receptionist to serve as the first voice and face our patients encounter. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing exceptional service and maintaining a polished, welcoming front office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Tasks & Patient Support

  • Greet patients, answer calls, and communicate with other medical practices and pharmacies.
  • Assist with patient scheduling, reminders, and communications.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient office, including filing, scanning, and managing receipts.
  • Support providers and staff by handling clerical tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Manage the digital filing system, maintaining proper folder structures and eliminating duplicates.
  • Ensure accurate patient records while complying with HIPAA and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of office experience (preferably in a medical practice setting).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Professional, well-groomed, and presentable with a courteous demeanor
