Position Overview

London Bridge Medical & Surgery Centre is a reputable hospital in Doha delivering comprehensive medical and surgical services. We are seeking a professional and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient registrations
• Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries efficiently
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Process billing and insurance-related paperwork
• Coordinate effectively with medical and administrative staff

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a healthcare or hospital setting
• Arabic language proficiency preferred (English required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications
• Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
