- Answers incoming phone-calls and transfers to appropriate person/voicemail
- First point of contact to assist patients with their needs for: Patient Portal, Directions, Questions
- Labels incoming faxes in the morning (on average 200 )
- Knowledge:
- Knowledge of practice policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation to communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of EHR and Microsoft Office programs.

- Skill in using office equipment and handling paperwork/filing adequately.
- Skill in handling incoming phone calls and triaging appropriately.
