Job Description:

We are seeking qualified MBBS graduates or DNB/MD Family Medicine specialists to join our well-established outpatient clinics in an urban setting. This role is ideal for dedicated professionals who thrive in a busy OPD environment and are committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Candidates with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience (excluding internship) are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outpatient Care Only: Provide high-quality consultations and treatment for OPD patients.
• Diagnosis & Treatment: Manage a diverse range of medical conditions, ensuring accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
• Patient Consultations: Conduct thorough assessments, prescribe medications, and recommend follow-up care.
• Diagnostic Testing: Order and interpret relevant lab and imaging tests to aid in clinical decision-making.
• Medical Documentation: Maintain accurate and updated patient records using digital medical systems.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including specialists, nurses, and support staff, to enhance patient outcomes.
• Home Health Services: Provide medical care to patients under the home health program as required.
• Adherence to Protocols: Ensure compliance with medical standards, hospital guidelines, and safety protocols.

• MCI/TCMC registration (Mandatory).
• Fluency in Malayalam (Mandatory).
