Medical Officer - ICU

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Officer to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise, quick decision-making abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality critical care to patients in need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide continuous medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor patients’ conditions, review test results, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and perform necessary procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Participate in clinical rounds, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid PMDC registration.
• 2–3 years of experience in ICU/Critical Care.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in high-pressure and emergency situations.
