At Candor IVF, we provide compassionate, patient-centric fertility care using advanced technology and protocols. We are looking for a dedicated Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our clinical team and support patients throughout their fertility journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support during OPDs and assist senior doctors with fertility treatments (IUI, IVF, ICSI).
• Counsel patients and couples regarding IVF procedures and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate medical records: patient histories, follow-ups, admissions, and discharge summaries.
• Assist in sonography procedures, prescriptions, and pharmacy consultations under the guidance of senior doctors.
• Monitor quality protocols, ensure adherence to SOPs, and handle emergency responses when required.
• Guide nursing and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Coordinate with consultants, embryologists, and support teams for smooth operations.

Qualifications

• MBBS, BAMS, or equivalent medical degree with valid registration.
• Experience in fertility clinics, gynecology/obstetrics, or hospital OPD/IPD preferred.
• Strong skills in patient assessment, clinical documentation, and procedure assistance.
• Excellent communication skills with an empathetic approach to patient care.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
