Medical Oncologist

• Diagnose and treat various forms of cancer using evidence-based practices.
• Develop and oversee treatment plans including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy.
• Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
• Collaborate with surgical oncologists, radiation oncologists, pathologists, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in tumor board meetings and multidisciplinary case discussions.
• Educate patients and families about diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Engage in clinical research, trials, and continuing medical education (CME).
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, medical ethics, and regulatory standards.
