Role Overview:AMRADNET is seeking a Report Mapping Executive to support our medical operations team. This individual will ensure diagnostic reports generated by our doctors are accurately mapped to the correct procedure categories (CT, MRI, Ultrasound, CR/X-ray) and subcategories. This step is crucial to ensure correct billing and client-specific reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Review diagnostic reports and validate that the correct category and subcategory are selected (e.g., CT-Abdomen, Ultrasound-Transvaginal).

· Match each report accurately with the associated client (hospital or diagnostic centre) using our in-house application.

· Collaborate with the operations and accounts teams to ensure correct information flows for invoicing.

· Maintain a high level of attention to detail and flag discrepancies.

· Complete report mapping tasks within stipulated timelines.

· Maintain logs or documentation for cross-verification and audits.

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in science (preferably with Biology specialization).

· Experience: Minimum 3 years; prior experience as a Medical Editor or Medical Transcriptionist is a bonus.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficiency with digital tools and data entry systems.

· Sense of responsibility, strict adherence to timelines and ability to work independently with accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
