Medical scribe - Fresher

Job Description:

We are hiring Medical Scribe Freshers to support US healthcare providers by accurately documenting patient encounters in real time. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates looking to start a career in US Healthcare / Medical Documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist US doctors by documenting patient visits in Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR)
• Record patient history, symptoms, examination findings, and treatment plans
• Update medical charts as per physician instructions
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of patient data
• Work closely with physicians during live or recorded consultations
• Follow US healthcare compliance and HIPAA guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers welcome
• Educational background:
• Life Sciences / Allied Health / Paramedical / Nursing / Pharmacy
• Any graduate with basic medical knowledge can apply
• Good understanding of medical terminology (training provided)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to work in US night shifts

Required Skills:

• Good English communication (written & verbal)
• Strong listening and typing skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to learn medical terms quickly
• Basic knowledge of anatomy & physiology is an added advantage

Training:

• Complete Medical Scribe Training will be provided
• Hands-on EMR / EHR exposure
