We are looking for an experienced and professional Arabic-speaking Receptionist to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage appointments, and assist in promoting the clinic’s services to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information about clinic services.
  • Schedule, manage, and confirm patient appointments, ensuring an efficient booking system.
  • Follow up with patients for appointment reminders, feedback, or necessary updates.
  • Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Assist patients with registration and payment processes, ensuring all records are updated in the clinic system.
  • Promote and explain the clinic’s services, packages, and offers to patients to encourage service uptake.
  • Address and resolve patient concerns or escalate them to the appropriate team members.
  • Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with appointment scheduling systems and basic healthcare procedures is a plus.
  • Sales or promotional experience is an advantage.
