Experienced Sales Lady – Perfume Outlet (Al Ain) (ARABIC SPEAKING)

We are currently seeking a dynamic, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Lady to join our established perfume outlet in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English and bring solid experience in branded perfume retail sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers professionally and warmly to understand their preferences and recommend suitable products.

Demonstrate expert knowledge of branded perfumes, fragrance notes, and product qualities.

Achieve sales targets through excellent customer service and product upselling.

Maintain store presentation, including merchandise display and stock replenishment.

Handle billing, cash transactions, and point-of-sale operations accurately.

Assist in maintaining inventory and conducting regular stock checks.

Uphold brand standards and ensure a high-quality shopping experience for all customers.

Requirements:

Arabic and English fluency is mandatory.

Proven experience in branded perfume retail sales is required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and a positive, customer-centered attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Team player with strong sales and negotiation skills.
