Medical Receptionist

We are looking to expand our team and are currently seeking to employ a Full Time Medical Receptionist at our Urgent Care Clinics in Clinton and Jacksboro, TN

Responsibilities may include:
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner at the front desk.
- Provide medical administrative support by scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and updating patient records.
- Answer and manage multi-line phone systems
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling patient information.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure efficient patient flow and excellent customer service.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
