Medical Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly and professional ARABIC female receptionist with Derma clinic experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. With minimum 2 years previous U.A.E. experience. Full-time with a strong sales mindset to convert patient inquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering an excellent clinic experience. The role involves handling leads via calls, WhatsApp; qualifying patient needs; recommending suitable treatments; following up to close bookings; and coordinating with doctors and clinic staff.
