Busy Prosthetic and Orthotic company looking to fill receptionist position. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to staff as well as maintaining high-quality care for patients.
Job Description/Responsibilities:

Provide a variant of highly detailed data entry related functions.

Coordinate multiple practitioners and multiple offices
-
Maintain stock between offices
-
Dispatching and prioritizing urgent orders and scheduling routine appointments for our patients. As well as outpatient schedules for hospitals and nursing homes.

Answering a high volume of calls.

Heavy data entry
Requirements for prospective employees:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills a must.

Must be confident and comfortable on the phone

Working knowledge of computers and ability to manage data within an electronic system.

Can handle a fast-paced office environment.

Organizational & multi-tasking skills

Extremely detail oriented

Self-starter
Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual or multilingual (fluency in Spanish is a major plus)

1+ years of prior experience as a medical receptionist or similar role

Hands on experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR)

Experience with medical insurance processes
