Job Summary
Lelite Medispa is seeking a polished and customer-focused Medical Receptionist / Client Care Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. This role is central to delivering a seamless, high-quality medispa experience, from scheduling and client communication to supporting treatment plans and day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and confident managing client interactions while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced, client-centered environment. Flexibility and reliability with scheduling are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing a welcoming and professional experience
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Educate clients on services, products, and treatment options
- Support the coordination and communication of customized treatment plans in collaboration with providers and aestheticians
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- Check clients in and out, process payments, and manage billing accurately
- Maintain a strong understanding of services and products to recommend and support retail sales
- Assist with treatment room setup and provide general support to medical providers and aestheticians
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for medical supplies, retail products, and front desk materials
- Support medispa events, promotions, and front desk initiatives that drive client engagement and revenue
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all client-facing and common areas
- Communicate client feedback or concerns to management in a timely manner
- Follow established service standards, protocols, and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical office, spa, or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Professional demeanor with a client-first mindset
- Basic knowledge of medical aesthetics or willingness to learn
- Reliable and flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends as needed
