We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and professional Medical Front Desk / Patient Services Representative with experience in Medicare, commercial insurance verification, billing processes, and prior authorizations.
This position is essential to maintaining efficient clinic operations and delivering an excellent patient experience.
Position Summary
The Medical Front Desk / Patient Services Representative is responsible for answering patient phone calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance eligibility, collecting payments, and assisting with front office coordination.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable handling a high volume of patient communication throughout the day.
