Medical Receptionist

Mobility Fit Physical Therapy is a growing Physical Therapy and wellness practice with 5 locations in Blue Ash, West Chester, Lebanon, Centerville and Beavercreek Ohio celebrating 15 years. We are interviewing for a full-time client care coordinator. This position is client facing and we are looking for an individual that has prior experience with scheduling services, checking insurance benefits and taking payments. We offer a fun and engaging team environment that encourages collaboration. An ideal candidate will enjoy working with the public, be energized by multi-tasking and is an independent problem-solver.

The Medical Receptionist job is centered around customer service, which includes making and answering phone calls, answering and sending text messages/emails, visit scheduling, coordinating with the physical therapists and interacting with each client who walks into our clinic in a friendly and personable manner.

Most every aspect of this Medical Receptionist position involves the computer, whether it be client data entry, scheduling appointments, checking insurance benefits, or communicating with other team members. Our systems are cloud based and require constant use of google workspace applications such as Google (Drive, Documents, Spreadsheets, Meet) as well as adobe PDFs. Other responsibilities include keeping clinic supplies stocked and ensuring that the clinic facilities stay clean and presentable.

This is a full time position with flexibility of 30-40 hours per week with benefits.

Qualifications

  • and front desk duties in a medical office
  • Proficiency with medical records management, patient service, and clerical tasks
  • Strong computer skills, experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, and multi-line phone handling
  • , and basic CPT coding awareness
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
