What You'll Do

• Welcome and support patients throughout their hearing healthcare journey.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care.
• Answer phones, emails, and other patient communications.
• Assist with insurance verification, payments, referrals, and medical records.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
• Support a positive, professional, and caring clinic environment.

What We're Looking For

More important than previous hearing healthcare experience is a genuine desire to help people.

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and passion for helping others.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort learning healthcare software and office systems.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team.

Healthcare experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person who shares our commitment to compassionate care and community service.

Pay: $19.87 - $24.21 per hour
