Medical Receptionist *Bilingual Korean*

Job description

We are seeking a polished and professional bilingual English and Korean speaking Medical Receptionist for our Suwanee, GA location. This is a full time Monday-Friday position with Friday being a half day.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering multiple phone lines, check in/check out, scheduling appointments, scanning and faxing documentation into the EMR, collecting patient responsibility & balances, insurance verification, routing calls to the appropriate staff member, taking accurate messages for office staff, handling and maintaining insurance referrals from primary care providers; general medical assistance experience a plus.

This position holds a key position within the practice as they are the first person any patient or vendor will meet. Therefore friendly customer service is a must at all times, under all circumstances. Candidates with experience working in a physician specialty office and prior knowledge of insurance plans and policy requirements is a plus.

Work hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday - Thursday, 8:00am- 1:00pm Friday

Offers various ancillary services in house such as X-ray, Phlebotomy, CLIA Certified high complexity lab, Infusion suite, Braces, MSK ultrasound, MRIs and much more.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of Medical Receptionist / Medical Scheduler Experience Required

Some medical assistance experience a plus

At least 1 year of experience with eClinicalWorks is Preferred
