PHYSICAL THERAPY RECEPTIONIST--BILINGUAL/SPANISH

California Orthopaedic Institute is currently seeking an experienced Physical Therapy Medical Receptionist for our busy Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy department.

California Orthopaedic Institute is a dedicated surgical group comprising 14 physicians and approximately 100 staff members. We specialize in providing comprehensive orthopaedic medical care, including surgical services, physical and occupational therapy, as well as radiology and diagnostic MRI.

This candidate must have CURRENT medical office reception experience. Candidates with Physical Therapy experience are preferred. This position includes:
*Greeting patients
*Collecting co-pays and payments
*Booking therapy appointments by computer
*Electronic medical records
*Bilingual English/Spanish
*Routine reception duties.

The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task and be efficient and well organized. Current insurance knowledge is necessary. Bilingual in Spanish/English is mandatory. This position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 5:00 and has excellent benefits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
