Key Responsibilities :

• Communicate with patients with empathy via calls and text, providing prompt resolutions to queries
• Handle patient intake and s chedule appointments with meticulous detail.
• Accurately maintain electronic health records (EHR)
• Efficiently navigate and utilizing different systems to access, organize, and update patient electronic medical records, ensuring accurate and timely information management for patient care
• Managing online bookings and following up with existing clients during slow periods
• Routing and optimizing schedules for field service providers
• Ensure compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) while executing all tasks

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in a Medical field or
• At least 2 years of US Health Insurance experience or similar.
• Must have experience with elective wellness/services
• Experience at a medical spa, stem cell clinic, or elective services not covered by insurance are ideal.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, Zoom.
• Minimum Internet speed of 100 MBPS fiber connection.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and patient care protocols.
