Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA has a part-time position (approximately 25 hours) in our Health Information Department.

Medical Records Responsibilities:

• Process release of information requests for Floyd Valley Healthcare, submit death and birth certificate information, manage dictation, scan clinic and hospital documentation, and process incomplete ambulatory orders.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Coding experience and medical background a plus.
• Computer proficient and strong communication skills.
• Mandatory Reporter training certificate a plus; certification is required within six months of employment.
