If you answered "yes" to these questions and can meet the following requirements, we need you as our Medical Records and Case Management Specialist!

• Minimum 1 year of personal injury medical records/billing experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); comfortable in an office environment
• Strong customer service and excellent written/verbal communication
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a heavy workload in a fastpaced setting
• Availability fulltime, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday
• Legal experience (preferred)

WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE AS A MEDICAL RECORDS AND CASE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST?

You start by requesting and gathering medical and billing records tied to each accident, then confirm charges and balances and ensure providers have uptodate health insurance and auto (PIP) details, including requesting health insurance liens where needed; throughout the day you handle incoming calls and other communications with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies, maintain ongoing relationships, and organize electronic case files so every update is easy to find; you collect, bill, and verify insurance cards, medical payment coverage, and liens, execute precise data entry, coordinate with your team on all aspects of active cases, keep momentum across a highvolume caseload, and perform other related duties as assigned-making sure every person feels informed and every document lands exactly where it should.
