Personal Injury Case Manager

Personal Injury Case Manager

Jett Accident & Injury Lawyers
St. Louis, Missouri (Located near Highway 270 and I-44)

Compensation: $65,000 per year

Jett Accident & Injury Lawyers is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to manage pre-litigation personal injury claims from treatment through settlement.

Prior plaintiff personal injury experience is required.

We are not a high-volume settlement mill. Our clients hire us because they want personal attention, honest communication, and someone who genuinely cares about what they are going through.

Many clients come to us frustrated after feeling ignored by insurance companies, healthcare providers, or even other law firms. Our goal is not simply to obtain a settlement. Our goal is to guide clients through a difficult chapter of their lives, keep them informed, treat them with compassion, and achieve the best result possible under the circumstances.

The Case Manager plays a major role in delivering that experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury claims
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding treatment and case status
  • Request, review, and organize medical records and billing statements
  • Monitor treatment progress and identify outstanding case needs
  • Communicate with healthcare providers, insurance adjusters, and lienholders
  • Submit supporting documentation to insurance carriers
  • Prepare settlement demand packages for attorney review
  • Assist with settlement progression and resolution
  • Maintain organized electronic case files
  • Ensure cases continue moving toward resolution

QualificationsRequired

  • Prior plaintiff personal injury experience
  • Experience obtaining and organizing medical records and bills
  • Experience managing multiple active files simultaneously
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work independently

Preferred

  • Experience preparing demand packages
  • Experience resolving medical liens
  • Experience managing cases from treatment through settlement
  • Familiarity with Missouri personal injury practice

What Success Looks Like

The successful candidate understands that every file represents a real person depending on us for help.

Success in this role means:

  • Clients receive timely communication and know what is happening in their case.
  • Cases move forward without unnecessary delays.
  • Records, bills, and supporting documentation are complete and organized.
  • Demand packages are thorough and ready for attorney review.
  • Problems are identified early and addressed before they become obstacles.
  • Clients feel heard, informed, and cared for throughout the process.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in staying organized, follows through on commitments, and finds satisfaction in moving cases toward successful outcomes.

If your favorite part of personal injury work is building relationships with clients, keeping cases on track, and making a meaningful difference in someone's experience during a difficult time, you will likely enjoy this role.
