Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Case Manager

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Case Manager. In this role, you will handle your own portfolio of complex Pre-litigation cases start to finish under the supervision of the Senior Case Manager and Managing Attorney who will provide support and direction as needed. You will contribute to our clients' recovery and success in a caring and community focused legal environment.

This position is almost entirely remote, with very occasional in-person requirements. However, you are always welcome to work from our lovely office space if you prefer.

Qualifications :

• 5+ years Pre-Litigation Personal Injury experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Skilled with office tech (Microsoft Office Suite, CASEpeer, Adobe, Docusign, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments and deadlines

Job duties:

• Managing portfolio of complex Personal Injury Pre-litigation Cases
• Medical and Medicare reporting
• Monitor and maintain client medical treatment
• Maintain electronic case files in firm cloud server and CASEpeer
• Maintain frequent and quality communication with clients
• Drafting demand letters
• Settling injury claims
• Lien negotiations and case accounting

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
