Maintains office operations by receiving and distributing communications; maintaining supplies; picking-up and delivering items; serving customers and scanning manual medical records.
Collects medical records.
Arranges medical records systematically.
Scans manual medical records to be uploaded into the electronic medical records.
Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information.
Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items; delivering supplies to work stations.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Other duty assigned by the Head of the Department
At least a high school graduate or its equivalent.
The ability to understand what the customer wants.
The ability to cope with the pressure of fast-paced work.
Fluent spoken and written English. Spoken Arabic is advantageous but not essential.
