Medical Referral Representative ( Commission Based)

Job Description

The Medical Referral Representative is responsible for building relationships with physicians and medical clinics to promote the laboratory’s services and increase patient referrals. The role focuses on expanding the laboratory’s network through physician engagement and partnership development.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit physicians ( Internal Medicine doctors , Oncology , Dermatology , Nephrology , Cardiology ...)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors.
• Encourage physicians to refer patients to the laboratory for medical tests and diagnostics.
• Follow up with doctors and clinics to maintain continuous referrals.
• Provide doctors with updated information about laboratory services, tests, and offers.
• Identify new opportunities for partnerships with medical providers.
• Maintain regular communication with the laboratory management regarding referrals and market feedback.
• Ensure professional representation of the laboratory during all visits and interactions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field
• Strong communication and relationship with doctors.
• Good understanding of the medical field and physician engagement.
• Ability to work independently and achieve referral targets.
  
  

Compensation

• Commission-Based Payment according to the number or value of patient referrals generated for the laboratory.
