Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative specializing in aesthetic dermal fillers to drive direct sales and develop new business opportunities within the aesthetics market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical or pharmaceutical sales, particularly within the aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery sectors.
You will be responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and selling dermal filler products directly to clinics, dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, and medspas, while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for aesthetic filler products.
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients in the aesthetics and dermatology industry.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for doctors, clinics, and distributors.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to maximize sales potential.
- Negotiate pricing and sales agreements in line with company policies.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and clinic owners.
- Provide high-quality customer service, including post-sale support and training on product usage and injection techniques (in collaboration with clinical trainers).
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
Market Intelligence and Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the aesthetic filler segment.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding market needs and competitive positioning.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and submit weekly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Training and Education
- Collaborate with marketing and medical affairs teams to organize educational workshops, product launches, and training events.
- Stay updated on aesthetic products, injection techniques, and clinical research developments.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in medical or aesthetic product sales (dermal fillers, toxins, or skincare preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively within assigned territory.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building capabilities in the aesthetics industry.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience working with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, or aesthetic practitioners.
- Familiarity with facial anatomy and injectable products.
- Confidence in conducting clinical discussions and product demos.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
