About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Medical Representative to promote our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals across Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate company products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals to generate prescriptions.
• Implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Maintain updated records of customer interactions, sales data, and market feedback.
• Ensure proper territory coverage, route planning, and reporting.
• Develop strong relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) in the medical community.
• Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and customer needs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, BSc Life Science.
• 0–1 years of experience as a Medical Representative (freshers welcomed with strong communication).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet targets and work independently.
• Willingness to travel within Bangalore.
• Good command of English and local languages

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
