Promote skin care products, organize events, answer queries, provide advice, introduce new products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, and/or list of customers’ accounts to increase product awareness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Achieve individual sales targets for responsible areas (financial and non-financial targets).

· Implement field promotional activities/ educational activities in-line with company strategy.

· Identify new or potential hospitals/clinics/accounts to expand business performance in allocated areas.

· Update and maintain an up-to-date list of customers and accounts in the company's system.

· Assess potential of customer accounts, analyses own territory performance and competition landscape, propose and discuss action plan, implement action plan and monitor effectiveness of the action plan.

· Ensure prioritization and segmentation of customer in-line with company’s guideline.

· Identify and map competitors’ movements, activities, and tactical plans, and report/feedback to the Manager.

· Participate and Organize product related Symposia, Seminars, Small Group seminars, CMEs, RTMs, etc.

· Provide feedback on field execution of brand strategy and discuss relevant recommendations to strengthen business and promotional strategies and campaigns.

· Follow the procedures like daily call reporting, monthly reporting, market intelligence, adhering to the tour programs, employee’s handbook and updating account plans/ Hospital formats/ and sending all the necessary approval formats in time.

· Take ownership in self development

· Ensure that all customer or product related complaints are treated within stipulated time and in accordance with the standard operating procedures.

· Ensure effective and efficient territory and time management.

· Prepare and comply with Job description, Job scope, training plan and log, performance system, etc.

· Report any violation to the nearest manager.

PROFIL :

• Bachelor degree in science - Pharmacy degree is PREFERRED.

• At least 1 year of Skin care brand sales experience is a MUST.

• The candidate must be already based in Qatar.

• Business acumen, goal orientation.

• Good communication skills .

• High level of accuracy.

• Problem solving skills.

• Excellent planning and time management skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical skills

• Demonstrated high learning agility
