Responsibilities
Promote and sell pharmaceutical products or medical devices to doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and hospital buyers.
Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals in assigned territory.
Plan and conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and trainings for clinical staff.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities; achieve or exceed sales targets and market share goals.
Develop territory plans, manage accounts, and maintain up-to-date customer records and activity reports.
Provide accurate product information, answer technical questions, and relay feedback on market needs to the company.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and regulatory changes; adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Coordinate with marketing, medical science liaisons, and distributors as needed.
Attend conferences, trade shows, and internal trainings; ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical guidelines.
Required qualifications and skills
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, biology, or a related field.
Proven field sales experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain complex medical information clearly to varied audiences.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office; ability to prepare reports and sales presentations.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and occasional overnight stays.
Valid driver’s license.
