Position Summary:

As a Medical Sales Associate at PPH, you will specialize in helping find the right insurance coverage. Your job is to educate, consult, and close deals that truly benefit your clients. You’ll have access to quality leads, training, and all the tools you need to build a rewarding book of business.

Responsibilities:

• Educate clients on individual health insurance plans and supplemental coverage options
• Assess client needs and recommend customized insurance solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to policy enrollment and follow-up
• Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing support post-sale
• Track activity and progress using CRM tools and performance dashboards
• Stay current with industry updates, compliance standards, and product changes

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus (insurance preferred, but not required)
• Driven, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable with phone, text, and in-person outreach
• Ability to obtain or currently hold a health insurance license (licensing assistance provided)
• Passion for helping others and solving real-world problems
