Medical Sales Representative

Job Description

We are looking for a Clinic Sales Consultant to join our medical and slimming center. The role focuses on handling walk-in clients inside the clinic, explaining services and packages, and closing sales to achieve monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in clients after registration by reception
• Understand client needs related to slimming, body contouring, and medical services
• Present and explain clinic services, packages, and offers clearly
• Close sales and convert visits into paid packages
• Follow up with clients after medical consultation when needed
• Upsell and cross-sell suitable services
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain basic sales records and reports

Work Setup

• On-site position inside the clinic
• Dedicated sales desk near reception
• No outdoor sales
• Not responsible for reception duties

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales (medical, beauty, or slimming centers preferred)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Target-driven mindset
• Ability to work face-to-face with clients

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: 3,000 – 5,000 AED
• Commission: 3% – 5% of achieved sales
• Commission increases after exceeding target
• Performance-based bonuses
