Medical Sales Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative medical products and solutions to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities. This is a stright commission job with expected earnings to be 150-200 K a year. We have leads already generated to secure business.

Airgle gives hospitals a way to strengthen infection control and indoor air quality without adding operational burden. Our systems use medical‑grade HEPA and activated carbon filtration, plus a sealed aluminum housing, so you get consistent, validated performance. They help facilities stay aligned with CDC and CMS expectations around air quality, especially in high‑risk areas like isolation rooms, ICU, NICU, PACU, OR, ER, Infection Control, and oncology. Our solutions combine certified HEPA filtration capable of removing up to 99.999% of airborne particles down to 0.003 microns, with ultraviolet (UV) and advanced air-cleaning technologies to reduce airborne pathogens, allergens, fine particles, and chemical pollutants-supporting safer indoor air and infection-control efforts.

Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets within assigned territories.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to healthcare providers, showcasing the value and application of our medical solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts through proactive account management and exceptional customer service.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Provide timely follow-up on leads, inquiries, and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Calling on hospitals, surgery centers, outpatient clinics, day surgery centers, materials buyers, supply chain, infection control, GPO's, & IDN's.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in medical sales with a strong understanding of healthcare products and services.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and technical explanations.
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with effective account management capabilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and sales pipelines efficiently.
  • Ability to analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
