We are now hiring a dynamic, confident, and target driven Ophthalmology Sales Officer to join our Lahore team.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell ophthalmic surgical products to hospitals, clinics, and eye specialists.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with ophthalmologists, surgeons, and procurement teams.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Plan and execute territory coverage for maximum market penetration.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide product training to medical staff.
• Collect and report market insights, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical standards, and reporting procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in medical/ophthalmic devices (fresh candidates with strong potential are also encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset.
• Ability to travel within the assigned region.
• Basic knowledge of ophthalmic products will be an advantage.
