About Us

Extranet Systems is expanding its presence in the healthcare sector in Bahrain. We are seeking a results-driven Medical Sales Representative to drive the sales of medical devices, build strong client relationships, and grow our footprint across hospitals and clinics in the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Promote and sell a range of medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.

🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.

🔹 Identify new business opportunities and actively develop a strong sales pipeline.

🔹 Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

🔹 Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.

🔹 Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

🔹 Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

🔹 Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.

🔹 Support tender submissions and large deal opportunities.

Requirements

✔ 2+ years of experience in medical or healthcare sales (Bahrain/GCC preferred).

✔ Existing network within hospitals or clinics in Bahrain is highly desirable.

✔ Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

✔ Good understanding of medical devices and healthcare environment.

✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

✔ Self-driven, target-oriented, and commercially aware.

✔ Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

✔ Must be based in Bahrain with a valid driving licence.
