Medical Sales Representative

About the Role

North Shore Medical Labs is seeking a field-based Medical Sales Representative to build new business, establish relationships with physician offices, and expand diagnostic testing services in your assigned area.


This is a highly active, in-person role that involves visiting medical practices daily, introducing services, and supporting new account onboarding.


If you enjoy meeting people, working independently in the field, and building long-term business relationships, this role offers strong growth potential.


Responsibilities

  • Cold calling physician offices daily within your territory
  • Build relationships with office managers, nurses, and providers
  • Introduce lab services and build new business
  • Support onboarding of new practices
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects
  • Track activity and territory progress
  • Work closely with operations to ensure smooth service delivery

Basic Requirements

  • Prior sales or customer-facing experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel locally within territory
  • Reliable transportation
  • Self-motivated and organized

  • Healthcare sales (lab, device, home health, insurance)
  • Experience working with physician offices
  • Field sales experience in any industry
