Medical Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Sales Representative to join our expanding healthcare sales team, in the most exciting medical startup company to come around in decades!

This is a 1099-Independent Sales opportunity with an unlimited, uncapped, commission-based compensation model. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling specialized medical protocols to healthcare professionals, clinics, and other medical facilities. Your energetic approach will help build strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise within the medical industry while making a meaningful impact on patient care and healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales targets and expand market share within assigned, exclusive territories.
  • Conduct engaging product discussions and presentations with healthcare providers, showcasing the benefits and features of our medical solutions.
  • Generate new leads through cold visits, cold calls, networking, and attending industry events to grow the customer base.
  • Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and upselling relevant products or services.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Hubspot to track sales activities, manage customer information, and analyze sales trends for targeted outreach.
  • Collaborate with management to develop territory-specific campaigns that increase brand awareness and product adoption.
  • Conduct regular territory management activities including route planning, market analysis, and competitor assessment to optimize sales efforts.

Experience

  • Proven success in outside sales or B2B sales, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability in management or business development roles with a focus on account management and territory management.
  • Strong background interacting with medical practices, chiropractic practices, functional, and alternative medicine providers.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Hubspot or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and tracking sales pipelines.
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Experience as a chiropractic or alternative medicine provider is a big plus.
  • Strong analysis skills for market research, competitor analysis, and identifying new opportunities within assigned territories.

Pay: $235,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
