Medical Sales Representative

Our Client, a global powerhouse in anatomic pathology, is looking for an IHC sales rep to assist with their booming business and continue to help shape lives in the oncology capital equipment industry.


Our client is a global leader in cancer diagnostics and the only company to own the entire workflow from biopsy to diagnosis. This is an amazing opportunity to join a stable, world-class organization that is advancing Cancer Diagnostics through industry-leading BOND equipment and AI-driven digital pathology.


Compensation:

  • $155k - $180k+ OTE Year 1 (90-day guarantee at 100% payout)

Responsibilities:

  • 60% Hunter / 40% Farmer: Aggressively develop new capital business while managing a high-performing existing account list
  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage complex, 12-18 month sales cycles with deal sizes ranging from $100k to $1M (where consumables often 5x the equipment sale).
  • Technical Consulting: Partner with Pathologists and Lab Managers to solve workflow pain points
  • Workflow Mastery: Navigate complicated RFPs and deliver technical presentations that demonstrate how our client's integrated solutions diagnose cancer faster.


Requirements and Skills:

  • 3+ years of Capital Equipment Sales experience
  • Manufacturing or Life Science/Pathology background
  • Must live in New Jersey OR have access to the New Jersey Line
