Job Overview

As a Medical Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our innovative healthcare solutions to medical professionals, wellness centers, and businesses. Your work bridges the gap between cutting-edge diagnostic and wellness services and the providers who depend on them to enhance patient care. With your energetic approach and persuasive communication skills, you’ll help expand our presence across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties, driving growth and building lasting relationships within the medical community.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and providers, medical offices, clinics, surgery centers, gyms, corporate clients, trucking companies, and wellness facilities.
  • Conduct engaging demonstrations that highlight the benefits of our services, including mobile labs, EKGs, X-rays, IV therapy, private nursing, and post-op recovery care.
  • Lead outside sales efforts to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze performance data.
  • Execute outside sales strategies, visiting clients regularly to build rapport and trust.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach strategies with ongoing brand initiatives.
  • Create and post engaging social media content that promotes our services and enhances community engagement.
  • Prepare persuasive presentations and proposals to communicate service value effectively.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage accounts by providing excellent customer service and follow-up support.

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the medical, healthcare, or diagnostics industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
  • Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and create action plans.
  • Reliable transportation for travel throughout the tri-county area.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and results-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in technical or clinical sales, particularly within a healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for presentations and reporting.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities that inspire confidence and motivate others.
  • Strong social media and digital marketing skills for content creation and brand promotion.

Preferred Education & Credentials

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biology, or a related Healthcare field is strongly recommended.

Professional Certifications (Preferred, Not Required)

  • Certified Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (CPSR)
  • Registered Medical Sales Representative (RMSR)
  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
  • Completion of a medical or healthcare sales training program through an accredited institution.
