Patient Care Liaison

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Patient Care Liaison to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between home healthcare provider, case managers and patients, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and support. Your expertise in negotiation, account management, and customer service will be essential in fostering strong relationships with clients and enhancing their experience with our services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a strong background in medical sales or home healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with home healthcare providers with case managers at hospitals, ALF, rehab centers amongst other centers to facilitate patient referrals and enhance service delivery.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to clients.
• Manage accounts effectively by analyzing client needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care processes.
• Utilize negotiation skills to resolve issues and improve client satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to communicate product benefits effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions using Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel.

Experience

• Proven experience in home health care sales, particularly within the healthcare industry.
• Demonstrated success in outside sales roles, showcasing effective negotiation techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills for assessing client needs and developing strategic solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
