Position Overview

Genesis Laboratory is seeking entry level Medical Sales Representative to develop, manage, and grow a high-value territory based in the areas of Indiana.

This role is ideal for a motivated, entry-level professional who is eager to build a career in healthcare sales. We are seeking a self-starter who is comfortable prospecting, developing relationships, and learning how to grow new business within physician offices, specialty practices, and medical facilities. The selected candidate will play a key role in expanding our presence while developing strong foundational sales skills in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new physician and specialty practice accounts
  • Conduct in-person meetings with physicians, physician assistants, and practice administrators
  • Educate providers and clinical staff on Genesis testing services and value proposition
  • Execute a strategic territory sales plan to drive consistent growth
  • Close new accounts and achieve defined monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain detailed reporting of sales activities, pipeline, and account progress
  • Collaborate with internal operations and client services teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree mandatory (Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field)
  • 0–2 years of sales experience (Business to Business or healthcare experience is a plus but not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a high level of personal accountability
  • Organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
