360 Medical is hiring experienced medical sales professionals!
We are seeking a motivated Medical Sales Representative to partner with orthopedic surgeons and hospitals to deliver innovative medical solutions. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with commission-based earnings, ideal for self-driven, high-performing sales professionals.
This is a full-time remote opportunity open to candidates nationwide.
The Role:
- Develop and strengthen relationships with orthopedic surgeons, wound care centers, hospitals, and healthcare systems
- Present and promote innovative orthopedic medical products
- Identify and pursue new opportunities within assigned territories
- Analyze market potential and competitive positioning
- Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring strong clinical alignment
Qualifications:
- Proven background in medical and hospital sales with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to build professional partnerships with surgeons, administrators, and healthcare decision-makers
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Sales, or related field preferred
- Experience in orthopedic, wound care, biologics, surgical sales, capital equipment, or pharmaceutical sales is a plus
