Compensation: $49,000 – $75,000 per year (Base + Commission, Uncapped Earning Potential)

Atlantic Medical Solutions is expanding in the Charleston, SC area, and we’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Medical Sales Representative to grow our customer base while supporting our valued existing clients. What You'll Do:

• Report directly to the Area Sales Manager and contribute to strategic sales growth.
• Identify, engage, and develop relationships with physicians, clinical staff, nurses, and administrators to grow market presence.
• Enter all daily activities into CRM system
• Travel within a defined territory to meet with current and prospective clients on a consistent schedule.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional service and support to maintain strong customer loyalty.
• Understand client needs, provide product education, and deliver value-based solutions.
• Stay current on product offerings and enhance your sales approach through continuous learning.
• Collaborate with manufacturer representatives and internal departments to ensure client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven success in customer service or outside sales (2+ years preferred)
• Bachelor's degree a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to connect with individuals at all levels
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office, email, and CRM systems
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
