Job description:
We are an industry-leading Medical Device Company looking for a self-motivated sales representative with a strong work ethic to fill our Territory Manager position for the Tri-Cities area. The candidate must possess highly effective communication skills to establish and maintain relationships across a broad spectrum of medical offices.
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years of outside sales experience
- Prior healthcare experience is a plus
- Four year bachelor's degree preferred
- Residence within the current geography of the territory is required
Desired Experience:
- Experience in cold calling and opening new accounts
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in conducting in-services / presentations
- Ability to efficiently work from a home office
- Experience in making multiple referral calls to Medical Professionals daily
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit, attention to detail, well organized and strong problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outside sales activities to promote medical products and services to healthcare professionals
- Engage in cold calling to identify and develop new client relationships
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing clinic inquiries and concerns
- Utilize analysis skills to assess market trends and territory needs
- Deliver device demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
