Medical Sales - Territory Manager

Job description:

We are an industry-leading Medical Device Company looking for a self-motivated sales representative with a strong work ethic to fill our Territory Manager position for the Tri-Cities area. The candidate must possess highly effective communication skills to establish and maintain relationships across a broad spectrum of medical offices.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of outside sales experience
  • Prior healthcare experience is a plus
  • Four year bachelor's degree preferred
  • Residence within the current geography of the territory is required

Desired Experience:

  • Experience in cold calling and opening new accounts
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in conducting in-services / presentations
  • Ability to efficiently work from a home office
  • Experience in making multiple referral calls to Medical Professionals daily
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit, attention to detail, well organized and strong problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outside sales activities to promote medical products and services to healthcare professionals
  • Engage in cold calling to identify and develop new client relationships
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing clinic inquiries and concerns
  • Utilize analysis skills to assess market trends and territory needs
  • Deliver device demonstrations and presentations to potential clients

Base salary plus uncapped commission, monthly mileage reimbursement, expense budget, incentives, 401K, medical & dental benefits. Our company is a Drug-Free workplace and EEO employer.
